Stickerbeat is a Toronto-based web-to-print business specializing in custom stickers, magnets, labels, and decals. For the past year, their staff has used S-Launch to help gather data from the huge number of telephone orders they get in addition to the online orders submitted through their Shopify online store. So, the Significans team set up an ultra-efficient “backdoor” ordering system that enables Stickerbeat’s 4-employee prepress team to process the error-prone phone orders. The results are impressive
Now, when Stickerbeat employees receive a phone call, they carefully input the information into a customized electronic form, upload the files, and follow the same procedure that Significans established to process incoming orders from Shopify.
Today the prepress staff can handle 400 orders a day instead of the previous 150 orders per day. Costly human errors related to order data have decreased by about 90%.
