This move enhances Vomela’s national footprint and strengthens its ability to deliver data-driven, multi-channel marketing solutions to clients across industries.

A Strategic Acquisition

PFL marks the Vomela Companies’ first acquisition since private-equity firm The Riverside Company invested in The Vomela Companies in January 2025 to support its continued growth.
